About Capstone

The Capstone event is held at the close of each semester and celebrates and showcases the work of graduating students from the IU School of Informatics and Computing at IUPUI. Student Capstone projects represent the culmination of knowledge and abilities in a particular area of specialization.

You’ll see groundbreaking work in subjects like:

  • 3D modeling
  • Animation
  • Application development
  • Digital storytelling
  • Game design
  • Health information management (HIM)
  • Human-computer interaction (HCI) and user experience (UX) research and design
  • Informatics
  • Interactive media
  • Internship projects
  • Library and information science

Attendance is free. We welcome recruiters, industry professionals, current and prospective students, alumni, faculty, family, and friends.
