My professor taught me a lot about the role of bots and AI during my capstone project. My current role is to make sure the bot is functioning as a guide for users, creating flows and conversational elements.

Mathematics and Statistics: College Algebra, Trigonometry, Multidimensional Mathematics, and Biostatistics for Informatics.
Human-Centered Computing: Information Infrastructure I and II, Mathematical Foundations of Informatics, Social Informatics, Social Impact of Bots and Automation, Information Representation, Cognitive, Automation and Bots Development, Deep Learning Neural Networks, Enterprise Cognitive Automation, Applications of Data Mining, and Natural Language Processing.
