Jim Rinehart is a husband and father of 2 adult children. He is a grandfather of 5 grandchildren. In his spare time, Jim enjoys playing the trumpet in a community band, and officiates youth and High School sports. When he is not focused on that, he is an Assistive Technology Specialist at Easterseals Crossroads in Indianapolis. He began working as an assistive technology specialist at Easterseals Crossroads in 2014. Prior to that, Jim served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Supervisor at the Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services for 5 years. He also has a significant background in Career Counseling, and Training development and delivery.

Jim did his undergraduate work at Ball State University, holds an MA from Liberty University, is a RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Practitioner (ATP), and a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
