SAT Prep

You can take the SAT with confidence.  Learn what to expect and how to improve test-taking skills this summer during the Center for Leadership Development’s SAT Prep at IUPUI. This one-week half-day workshop for iDEW students includes lunch each day and an SAT prep book you can keep.

Don’t be scared – be prepared

As you prep for the SAT you’re sure to have questions. Talk to those in the know who can help you learn how to succeed. This workshop is the ultimate opportunity to gain the literacy, writing, and problem-solving skills you’ll need for academic success not only on the SAT, but in college as well.

  • Study SAT practice tests
  • Develop test-taking techniques
  • Interpret test questions
  • Increase overall ability to perform well on the SAT

What a deal

The cost for this SAT Prep workshop normally is $50. But iDEW students have the opportunity to take it at no cost. This summer workshop includes an industry visit to Cummins, a designer and maker of engines in Columbus, Indiana.

Seating is limited.

The details

When:  June 24-28, 2019. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily.

To register:  Register by May 10.

Where:  IT271 at the School of Informatics and Computing on the IUPUI campus

Cost:  This session is free for iDEW students. Lunch is provided each day.

Getting there:  IndyGo youth summer bus passes are available upon request.

Parking is available for an additional fee.
