Though we're apart, we can still celebrate graduation together online!

Your potential will never be defined, nor your achievements bound, by any one moment.
But we want to take a moment to come together and recognize the extraordinary effort each of you has put forth to complete your degree.
Our graduates are prepared to shape the future of data, health care, technology, and digital media. The School of Informatics and Computing honors your dedication, your hard work, and all you’ve accomplished. We’re committed to helping graduates connect and celebrate each other in this challenging time.
We’re proud of you. Join us for SoIC’s virtual commencement.
Students graduating in May, June, and August will be notified via email when degrees are officially conferred and official transcripts can be obtained.
IUPUI will be mailing diplomas. To receive your diploma, we need for you to act by June 1.
- Confirm your Student Home address is correct. Update your address as needed. Any diplomas returned to us as undeliverable will be held in the Office of the Registrar until such time that the campus opens up for a staff member to return and resume normal mailing operations. That could be a while so please make sure your address is accurate. If your student home address is correct, no further action there is required.
- Resolve any holds on your record that may impact release of diplomas/transcripts. If you do not resolve holds by June 1, your diploma will have to be held in the Office of the Registrar until such time that the campus opens up for a staff member to return and resume normal mailing operations. Since we don’t know when that might happen, please work with the Office of the Bursar to see what payment arrangements might resolve the hold.
You may expect your diploma to be mailed during the first week of August. Per guidelines provided by USPS, please allow 10 business days for regular mail to be delivered within the United States. International mailings can take up to six weeks for delivery by regular mail.
